Beginner Wheel Throwing Courses
From: $124.75 / week for 4 weeks
This course is the first step to your wheel throwing journey.
You will learn everything from wedging and centreing your clay, to trimming in week 4.
You will also get to explore different shapes – what you make will be up to you and your skill development during the course. Everyone is different!
We are so confident that you will succeed in this course that the owner has guaranteed your success. If by the end of the course you are not at the level of making at least one piece, or shape, on your own, our teachers will work with you for free until you are capable. The only terms and conditions are, you must attend all classes, come to practice sessions to be eligible, and have no prior physical injuries or ailments that prevent you from using your body in the way that pottery requires.
*Minimum of 4 bookings in order to run a class. If we do not meet this minimum, we may cancel the course at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to use for future classes*

ATTENDEES MUST BE MINIMUM 14 YEARS OLD.
Wheel throwing is so much more than an art or skill. The way we teach it will ensure you receive all therapeutic benefits it has to offer and introduce you to our philosophy of finding stillness in the pottery process.
You must attend all 4 classes, so please book your course with this in mind. There is not option to transfer to a different day, and there are NO make up classes. If for some reason you miss a class, you will be ushered to catch up during the next session. If you are unable to make your week 4 trimming session, your items will be finished by your teacher.
We do not offer refunds for this course. There are limited spots and the places book out with waitlists filling. We can postpone/reschedule your course attendance up until 2 weeks before the course start date. If you need to cancel or postpone a course due to illness or personal matters after this 2 week cut off, we only offer 50% credit for the next course, not a full transfer.
