CLASSES & COURSES

Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Classes and Courses sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled Class / Course starts. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. You may email us at hello@thepotterystudio.com.au to cancel.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 72 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 72 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. Thank you for your understanding.

MEMBERSHIPS

We have a 7 day cooling off period for Memberships which will allow a customer to gain a full refund if they wish. After 7 days, Memberships are non-refundable. In some circumstances we may honour a part refund.

LATE ARRIVALS

Due to the class structure and introduction required at the beginning of class, if you are more than 15 minutes late, and furthermore, have not contacted us to let us know of this late attendance – you will be required to reschedule. Unfortunately due to health and safety and also out of respect to our other class attendees and teachers, we cannot accommodate late comers as it takes away time from the customers who were present for the introduction and instructions.
