Beginner Hand Building (4-Week Course)

Want to get hands-on with clay and explore the art of hand-building? Our 4-week beginner hand-building course is the perfect way to learn key techniques and unleash your creativity.

Over four weeks, same day and time each week, you’ll dive into pinching, coiling, and slab construction - with plenty of support and guidance to help you build confidence and create unique pieces.

👩🎨 What You’ll Learn:

• Essential hand-building techniques: pinching, coiling, slabs

• How clay behaves and how to work with it

• Creative ways to shape and texture your pieces

• Tips and tricks to refine your skills and solve challenges

🎁 What’s Included:

• 4 sessions, 2.5 hours each, in our welcoming studio

• Up to 8 hand-built pieces to keep

• Guidance and feedback from skilled facilitators

🛑 Please note: Firing included. Pieces ready to collect or glaze 3 weeks after your last class.
