Learn new skills, overcome challenges, and enjoy getting your hands into some clay as you develop the fundamental skills to set you up for your new journey on the pottery wheel!
With 10 hours of teacher supported making time, and an exclusive course-only membership , the skills you learn in this course will set you up with the fundamental knowledge to continue a pottery practice long into the future!
Learn the foundational techniques of wheel throwing to start your journey, including centering, shaping, trimming, and glazing.
Over the month, you can build your skills progressively, ensuring a solid foundation and more advanced development over time.
You will receive guidance and feedback to help you refine your techniques and overcome challenges.
Produce a variety of pieces throughout the course, building your own personal showcase of work.
You can keep up to 8 standard pieces in this course.
Your items will be available for collection or to glaze from 3 weeks after your last session.

Week 3: Creating pieces to keep

ALL SESSIONS are compulsory attendance. There are no makeup sessions. Each session is important for your skill development and essential to your learning. Please make sure you book a course month and time slot that you can attend.
