Intro to Pottery Intensive (5 hour)

Join our Intro to Pottery Intensive - a simplified and fast-tracked 5-hour workshop designed to give you a hands-on introduction to the world of clay.
Perfect for beginners, this short but focused session offers a quick jumpstart to your creativity, with no long-term commitment required.

In this intensive, you’ll gain:

• Knowledge of the pottery process, from making to firing to glazing.
  
• Foundational skills in both handbuilding and wheel throwing.
  
• The confidence to create your very first pottery pieces.

The workshop price includes all materials, plus the first firing of your work. You’ll be notified when your finished pieces are ready for collection (around 2 weeks after your session).

Our Intro to Pottery Intensive is the perfect way to dive into pottery in just 5 hours — ideal for anyone wanting to get hands-on and creative in a short amount of time. With guidance from our experienced facilitators, you’ll have the chance to create a selection of unique pieces while learning the fundamentals of both wheel throwing and hand building.

Short tea/coffee breaks are included to keep you refreshed, with a half an hour lunch break.
The workshop price covers all materials plus the first firing of your pieces.

Your finished works will be ready for collection around 2 weeks later, giving you the option to paint, book in to glaze with us, or simply take them home to display.
